Platform Usage

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the gdslot platform via our website or mobile app, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use gdslot's services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and gdslot ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. This platform is for entertainment purposes only and may only be accessed by individuals aged 18 and above. gdslot reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user may only hold one registered account on gdslot. Account registration requires accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, a valid email address, and phone number. Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration and thereafter.
Account passwords are the sole responsibility of the user. gdslot recommends using a strong password comprising a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Users must not share their login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered authorised by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team.
Gdslot will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Anyone claiming to be a gdslot representative and requesting your login credentials should be reported immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users agree to use the gdslot platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools to manipulate the gaming or betting system
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment cards or false information
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through multiple accounts or other unauthorised methods
- Distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the platform's communication channels
- Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems
Gdslot reserves the right to take action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities — where there is evidence of fraud or platform abuse.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on gdslot are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and obtained through legitimate means. Using another person's payment method without their written consent is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. gdslot reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first-time withdrawal or where compliance requirements apply. If verification is not provided within the stipulated period, the platform reserves the right to withhold processing until the matter is resolved.
Any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user. gdslot is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems outside the platform's control.
5. Liability Limits & Disclaimers
Gdslot provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any implied or express warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose. The platform does not guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption, free from technical errors, or that any defects will be resolved within a specific timeframe.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, gdslot shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or value — arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. gdslot's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Users acknowledge that betting carries the risk of financial loss. gdslot is not responsible for any betting or gaming decisions made by users based on information available on the platform.
6. Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property
Gdslot reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the review process is complete.
All content on the gdslot platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of gdslot and is protected by copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written consent from gdslot.
This platform may contain links to third-party services or websites. gdslot is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
7. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Gdslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the gdslot platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the appropriate legal process under Malaysian jurisdiction.
